Description

We are Looking for a Admin. He/She should be able to perform the following Tasks:

  • Familiar with shipping, import and export procedures.
  • Assist with all production functions and arrange loading plans.
  • Process booking with the shipping line.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all company activities and prepare commercial documents.
  • Answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems.
  • Perform all other office and admin tasks.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Working proficiency in English.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Logistics Shipping experience preferred.
Nationality: Philippines, Indians preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
