  • Several years’ experience in customer support and administrative assistance
  • Professional experience in the related field is required
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing required
  • SAP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • You are able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative tasks and assist in sales related topics
  • Assistance in account matters
  • Transactions & data entry into SAP & IBM Notes (daily quotation, invoicing, ordering and account)
  • Customer service (manage customer phone calls and e-mail, pre- & after sales related)
  • Active support of the field sales team & sales director
  • Organization support for regional trade fairs and in-house events
  • Report to sales director on a weekly basis
