Administrator Customer Service Spare Parts (m/f/d)

• Independent processing of worldwide spare parts requests regarding price and availability
• Create express deliveries in SAP according to specifications and, if necessary, coordinate special transports for the entire world
• Create warehouse orders in SAP according to specifications and coordinate with the respective carrier or self-collector
• Create sales orders and purchase orders in AHT DE SAP for deliveries in Germany through DENV
• Communicate in writing verbally with customers, service partners and AHT branches on status of orders
• Coordination and escalation of open spare parts orders AHT internally
