Position Profile:  The Co-op, Dealer Administrator, acts as a member of the Dealer Operations Team, and assists with supporting our Dealer partners in processing Orders, responding to emails and supporting the Dealer Operations team.     Job Duties & Responsibilities:  * Processes Dealer Orders as required * Obtains and confirms Dealer Installs * Supports Supervisor with analytics and reporting * Other duties as assigned by manager.   Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):  * University or College level Business Degree or Diploma * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or equivalent environment      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills * Customer Focused, with excellent negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills * Effective time management skills and detail oriented * Fast learner * Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office applications    Come Create at Ricoh: If you are seeking a team driven by passion and purpose, come create with us at Ricoh.
