OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation by managing incoming communications, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory. This position requires IT proficiency, and strong organisational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office and practice management software (or willingness to learn).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (essential).
  • Experience in a dental, medical, or laboratory setting (desirable).
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and laboratory processes (advantageous but not required – training can be provided).

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing cases.
  • Log, track, and organize dental impressions, prescriptions, and completed work.
  • Process invoices, payments, and maintain billing records.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Keep office areas tidy and professional.
  • Assist the laboratory manager with administrative support as required.
