Milton Keynes College are looking for a proactive and customer service orientated individual to support with effective administration processes and demands, for the Distance Learning Team.
You’ll be confident working with digital systems, process driven and able to work at pace. You will be a people person, confident making phone calls in an open office, dealing with students through all stages of their study with us, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks using internal software and Microsoft Office packages. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of duties including processing enrolments, registering students with awarding bodies, setting up students on our E-Learning platform. supporting students with meeting their target deadlines and maintaining and implementing a variety of general administrative systems for the department.
It’s important that you can work efficiently: attention to detail and being able to negotiate ever changing priorities are vital in this role.
With the support of your colleagues, you will play a pivotal role ensuring smooth running of the department and a positive experience for our distance learning students.
