Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Provide administrative support to Base operations including reporting, correspondence, and record keeping. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, tracking action items to completion. Arrange and manage supplier invoices, goods receipting, and other finance administrative duties. Maintain document and data accuracy in systems such as Objective, GEMS, and INX. Process purchase orders, receipts, and other procurement documentation. What You’ll Bring Knowledge of administrative procedures, office systems, and record management processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in an administrative coordination role within a corporate or operational environment. Strong IT systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
