JOB SUMMARY Performs administrative functions as assigned by management, striving for excellence as part of an efficient team. The administrative functions include but are not limited to Driver Check In, Dock Sales, and Reception. Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reconcile driver routes; balance and run end of day reporting Scan checks for deposit and transmission to banking institution Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Dependable and able to work well with others Ability to multitask Complete tasks in a timely manner Have integrity in your work Highly organized with thoroughness and attention to detail Strong verbal communication skills Accounting skills (data entry, general math skills, data analysis) Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
