EASY ALLIED SEEKING PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR/MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR OUR NORTH VANCOUVER LOCATION

WHAT IS THE POSITION?

We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant/Administrator to join us at one of our North Vancouver clinics. Experience with the JaneApp system is preferred.
Schedule will be Tuesday 9:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am-2:00pm, and Thursdays 10:00am-6:00pm. Shift coverage will also be available.
Reporting to the Administrative manager, this role is multi-faceted and performs duties and responsibilities related to greeting clients, scheduling/booking appointments, invoicing/billing (patient, 3rd party vendors), customer service, marketing and other supportive administrative duties as assigned.
This position is an integral part of the team and will work closely with practitioners and management to ensure the clinic is operating at peak efficiency.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Administration: 1 year (Required)
  • Certification/Diploma in Administrative or other relevant area (preferred)
  • Jane App: 1 year (Preferred)
    Please Note In-person training will be completed at our Coquitlam clinic located inside Sunwood Square.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $22.00 per hour

  • Booking/Modifying Appointments
  • Schedule Management for staff and practitioners
  • Answer incoming calls to include, new patient calls, scheduling patient appointments, requesting records and follow up
  • Invoicing/Billing (Patients and Third Party companies)
  • Communicating with insurance companies
  • Accurate data entry and maintaining files & patient records
  • Processing payments and collection of outstanding accounts (A.R.)
  • Prepare treatment rooms for therapist and keeping the Clinic well maintained (general tidying, laundry, assisting therapist)
