Description

SALARY: COMPETITIVE + A RANGE OF FLEXIBLE BENEFITS

We are looking for an energetic and organised Office Administrator to join our Executive support team at the Harley Street Clinic and Princess Grace Hospital. This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who is eager to build experience towards potentially a senior administrative role such as Personal Assistant role.
You will be working alongside a supportive and friendly team of assistants, led by our PA Team Lead. As part of the CEO’s office, you’ll be a key representative of the leadership team, ensuring colleagues experience a consistent, professional, and welcoming service across the campus.

Responsibilities

No two days will look the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executive support: Assisting the PA team with diary coordination, preparing documents, and providing occasional cover for holidays or sickness.
  • Campus coordination: Delivering materials and information across our sites, ensuring everything is where it needs to be on time.
  • Event support: Helping the Colleague Experience Lead deliver campus events and initiatives, from setting up spaces and distributing materials to welcoming colleagues and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Communication: Drafting clear updates, chasing actions, and being a friendly point of contact for colleagues.
  • General administration: Managing trackers, filing, printing, and other essential tasks that keep the office running efficiently.

Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Other’s may think this is just a role in the Executive Support team, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.
