The role | Te mahi We are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team supporting the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences. This role will play a vital function providing high level generalist administration and operational support across undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, working collaboratively and effectively with the wider team. Other tasks may include supporting front facing reception duties and assisting with transactional finance. You are a good communicator with strong attention to detail, and a collaborative and engaging style, able to work with various stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Further details | Pūroko This is a part-time (25 hours per week) permanent role, based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. The appointment range is $63,508 to 68,185. Top of the range is $73,640 (pro-rata). We are also seeking candidates for Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework.
