Join Our Team as a Family Law Administrator! Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Family Law Administration Officer, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting members through complex processes with professionalism and care. Note: This 3-month Full-Time contract. There may be opportunity for ongoing work. All applications will be considered. What you’ll do: Process and review administration tasks, including family law split documents, drafts, and finals. Ensure compliant forms are submitted and liaise with funds to meet all requirements. Collaborate with administration and contact centre teams to deliver service excellence. Communicate with members, non-member spouses, and solicitors to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately. Manage operations such as Form 6/Information requests, procedural fairness requests, payment splits upon receipt of final Agreements or Orders, emails, and follow-ups. Conduct quality reviews to minimise rework and maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to mitigate risk. What you’ll bring: Proven experience delivering high-volume administrative support. Prior experience in Family Law or paralegal work (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. High attention to detail and strong literacy skills. A customer-first mindset: professional, approachable, and accommodating. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. High levels of data entry and processing accuracy.
