We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Duties will include:

  • Data Inputting
  • Answer all general enquiry calls and when possible resolve any issues.Dealing with operatives and customers
  • General office duties I.E filing, typing
  • Support the office with diary management and book customers in for appointments etc.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities / experience

  • Significant administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and very organised
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual
  • Previous experience with MS Office and Outlook
  • Brilliant telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Passionate and enthusiastic
  • Well presented with pride in your appearance

We’re looking for a really strong team player but also someone who can work using their own initiative. The correct person will be an excellent communicator who is professional and takes pride in their work.
