We are seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated individual who can provide administrative support to the team and ensure a high level of customer care. Your role, your contribution! Perform administration duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, scanning and client data. Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence. Administration tasks including database maintenance, APS updates, document management, and client invoicing. Providing general administrative support to team members. What you will bring to the role: Strong experience in customer services and or administration (Financial Services industry experience is highly regarded but not essential). A genuine team player who has excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills. Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
