Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrator for a Real Estate Company (with experience in the similar field) to support our senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our real estate agency.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin in the real estate sector or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and general team assistance.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage all office documentation.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for real estate documents in compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaise with developers to register the agency in their databases.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for real estate agents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and essential business documents.
  • Handle paperwork, including NOC letters, POAs, forms A, D and others as well as company/personal documents.
  • Set up new user accounts on Property Finder CRM, Bayut, and Dubizzle Portfolio.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and agents.
