Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role will primarily focus on administrative support and operational management during weekend hours (Friday - Monday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with additional on-call responsibilities outside of these hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff schedules, and providing timely support to clients and employees.
This role offers a unique work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday as days off.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems
· Experience within this sector would be an additional ideal not a requirement
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial
· Good knowledge of team management will be required.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
· Address scheduling conflicts
· Serve as primary point of contact during weekend hours
· Provide prompt responses to all communications
· Ensure all staff members have up to date compliance documents
· Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
· General administrative support
· Respond to and manage emergency situations and urgent inquiries from clients and employees outside of regular working hours.
