We're offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services team based in Rydalmere. This pivotal role provides essential financial and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of our long-term projects in Eastern Region. Key Responsibilities Assist the team with creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders (POs). Follow up with contractors for timely submission of invoices. Review invoices against agreed contract rates to ensure accuracy. Coordinate ordering and stock control of PPE and office consumables. Undertake general administrative support including arranging meetings, coordinating functions, performing reception duties, data entry and document control and distribution. How you’ll connect to the role: Previous experience in an administrative role within an infrastructure environment with excellent time management and organisational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and external partners. A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel essential, with JDE experience preferred.
