We deliver the infrastructure that keeps communities connected, and we do it with a people-first approach. Joining Fulton Hogan means being part of a company where you’ll grow your career, learn from industry experts, and contribute to projects that make a real difference. What's on offer? Are you ready to take your next step in civil construction? This role is designed as a launchpad for your career. As a Civil Administrator with exposure to Estimating, you’ll gain hands-on experience across subcontractor management, procurement, and monthly financial reporting, while also learning the fundamentals of estimating. You will report directly to the Civil Department Manager, ensuring visibility of progress, accuracy of reporting, and support to the wider civil team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to combine commercial and technical skills and progress toward future roles such as Estimator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager within Fulton Hogan . Key responsibilities include: Support project teams with subcontract management, including issuing documentation, tracking compliance, and maintaining registers. Assist with procurement processes such as collating quotes, preparing comparisons, and coordinating supplier engagement. Ensure subcontractor insurances, licences, and HSEQ documentation are up to date. Assist with monthly financial reporting, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation of subcontractor invoices. Prepare and provide accurate reporting to the Civil Department Manager, highlighting key outcomes and areas requiring attention. Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly. What We Offer A genuine career step with a pathway into estimating, project engineering, and project management. Mentoring and on-the-job learning from senior professionals across estimating, finance, and project delivery. Exposure to both commercial and technical functions, setting you up as a well-rounded civil professional. A supportive, people-first culture where your ideas and input are valued. Competitive remuneration, training opportunities, and access to Fulton Hogan’s employee benefits. Why This Role? This isn’t just another entry-level job — it’s your opportunity to step into the civil construction industry with one of Australia’s leading contractors. If you’re organised, motivated, and ready to take on challenges, this role will give you the exposure, mentorship, and career growth you need to succeed. We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities. We believe in the value that diversity brings to our team and people who share our REAL values are encouraged to apply. We are driven by fresh ideas and opportunities. We aim to do more and do better – for our people, our communities and the countries that we work in. As an employer, we know this relationship is a two-way street. We’re always looking for people who are passionate about the work they do. If that’s you, we’d like to invite you to become part of our family and join us in the good work we do.
