Responsibilities

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Ensuring accurate data input, assisting with gift processing and administration, reporting and ensuring all donations are thanked correctly and in a timely manner.
This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the efficiency and transparency of our fundraising processes, ensuring we can better support the important work of our services.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Be highly organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Possess strong written English skills, with the ability to draft professional letters, reports, and communications.
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Have a collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently when required
