Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Plymouth. The role will require for the administration of all documentation and coordination
of Service Delivery activities in relation to security systems based at our site in Plymouth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You will assist in delivery of the maintenance activities for the security systems based at site.
This will include both paper and electronic administration systems. Strong communication skills are required as you will be liaising with the customer, contractors,
engineers and G4S management.
Record all fault calls, PPMs and other activities in the relevant systems.
Manage all aspects of site documentation including (but not limited to) Health and Safety
Documentation, Permits to Work, Technical Documentation, Maintenance
Documentation, Installation Documentation, Financial Information and Personnel
Clearance information.
Assist Site based operational team in the gathering of information as and when required.
Assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly reporting packs around agreed KPI’s.
