Your contribution will be key to supporting the seamless and efficient functioning of our Geraldton operations.   Responsibilities include: Coordinate office administration, supporting management, frontline, and maintenance teams Handle correspondence, emails, calls and general communication Process data, prepare reports and conduct basic statistical analysis Organise travel, accommodation, catering, and venues for meetings/events Manage purchasing, inventory, orders, invoices, and deliveries Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a welcoming environment   About You: Current driver’s licence and reliable transport Previous experience in S4 Hana system (desired) Previous experience in a similar administrative role (desired) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and strong general computer literacy   Why work with CBH?  Work with a good bunch of people   We are a good bunch of people working together.
