Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Arabic-English) Typist to support the Government Relations (GRO) team in preparing, formatting, and processing official documentation related to MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other UAE government entities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures and be capable of producing error-free written communication in both English and Arabic.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in typing Arabic and English with strong grammar and formatting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP).
  • Experience with eChannels, Tasheel, and other UAE smart services portals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling personal and legal documents.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or relevant certification in Administration or Secretarial work.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools (e.g., PDF editing, form filling).

Additional Information

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, type, and format government-related letters, applications, and forms in Arabic and English.
  • Accurately fill and submit applications on MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and Tasheel platforms.
  • Draft and translate letters, NOCs, declarations, and employee-related official documents.
  • Track expiry dates of employee documents (e.g., residency, EID) and assist in the renewal process.
  • Coordinate with GRO Officers and external typing centers when needed.
  • Maintain digital and physical archives of all documents and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
