Are you highly organised, people-focused and looking to make a difference in a creative, collaborative environment? The School of Arts & Humanities is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to play a vital role in the delivery of our Graduate Diploma programme, supporting students and staff across both in-person and online learning.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-leading creative institution where innovation, collaboration and cultural exchange are at the heart of everything we do.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has strong organisational skills and thrives in a busy, varied role.
  • Communicates with confidence and professionalism, both in person and online.
  • Brings accuracy, attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset to their work.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively but can also use their initiative to get things done.
  • Is digitally confident, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google productivity tools.

Desirable: Experience in higher education administration, knowledge of financial systems, and an enthusiasm for contemporary art, design and culture.
If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you’ll be part of a creative and supportive team, and where your work has a direct impact on the student experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you’ll be the go-to contact for students and staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing the timetable and maintaining the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to coordinating assessments and supporting student wellbeing, your work will make a direct contribution to the success of the programme. You’ll also get involved in events such as open days and graduation, helping to showcase our School at its very best.
