About the Role: Head Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Office Administrator to support our growing central services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to central services teams including HR and payroll
  • Book training for colleagues and update the training matrix
  • Draft colleague communications, including letters and memos
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, including key performance indicators
  • Update employee records, People system, and SharePoint
  • Answer calls and manage meeting arrangements, and events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to HR and payroll
  • A good understanding of HR, training, and administrative systems (experience with BrightHR is advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident multitasker with exceptional attention to detail
