WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Knowledge and experience in Shipping is an added advantage
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
  • Bilingual – English and Mandarin (in order to communicate with mandarin speaking associates)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team player, committed, responsible with initiative
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Able to commerce work ASAP or within short notice, preferred

QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School (Min. N or O Level)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team at Hexogon Solution Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be based in the Central Region and will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Handling a variety of clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handling human resources-related matters
  • Handling logistics and shipment matters
  • Assisting with maintenance of office system, coordinating office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workplace is well-stocked and organised
  • Serving as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors
  • Participating in projects and performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
