Responsibilities
  • Managing the inbox and taking ownership of responding to enquiries and action requests promptly.
  • Renewing client licences before they expire to ensure continuity of service.
  • Coordinating quotes from suppliers to support the organisation’s needs.
  • Processing customer orders and forwarding them to suppliers efficiently.
  • Handling invoices and entering them onto the purchase ledger with precision.
  • Managing company expenses, ensuring they are uploaded to the purchase ledger for approval.
  • Responding to inbound calls from customers and suppliers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ordering office supplies to keep the workspace well-stocked and organised.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for clients to create welcoming environments.
  • Keeping client records up to date on internal systems for accurate tracking.
  • Handling reactive ad-hoc tasks that require flexibility and creativity.
