This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, facilitating communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency.
JOB SUMMARY
The role requires a highly organised and detail orientated person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who will plan and lead on all elements relating to administrative duties. This role is based in the office 5 days a week.
· Take charge of administration support for colleagues.
· Generate, review, and send out invoices timely and accurately.
· Raising purchase orders
· Entering data, maintaining databases & maintaining accurate client information
· Produce invoices & statements.
· Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and files.
· Compiling various reports
· Support other ad-hoc tasks that may arise.
