We are looking for a passionate individual to join our high performing team our Stone Office. You will be supporting our dynamic team of Mortgage and Protection Advisers with all aspects of the customer service and sales admin.
The role of the Administrator is to help manage customer interactions and assist our Advisers process sales. You will be booking appointments and managing diaries, liaising with solicitors and providers, organising customer correspondence, assisting with financial applications, as well as undertaking a range of administrative and compliance tasks. To put it simply, your goal is to help keep our processing running smoothly so our customer’s stay happy and informed.
