We’re looking for enthusiastic and engaged individuals to assist with the administration and general clerical duties in our Residential Conveyancing department.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
  • A flexible approach and can-do attitude.
  • Team player.
Responsibilities
  • Being the first point of contact with clients, introducers, and other firms.
  • Case management.
  • Preparing initial draft documents to assist the fee earner with the particular transaction.
  • Land Registry applications.
  • Lodging Stamp Duty Land Tax/Land Transaction returns.
  • Ordering conveyancing searches.
  • Carrying out legal research.
  • Supporting the free earner, line managers or Director in all clerical duties.
  • Going above and beyond in your work.
  • Maintaining high levels of client and company confidentiality.
