We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Administrator / HR to join our growing Holiday Homes business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle administrative operations, HR tasks, and property listings while ensuring smooth daily processes.
Key Responsibilities:
DTMC Permits & Licensing: Manage applications and renewals for short-term rental permits.
Property Listings: Create and update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
Administrative Tasks: Oversee utility bills, supplier coordination, and general office admin.
HR Duties: Handle employee records, basic HR paperwork, and assist with recruitment.
Client Assistance: Support the team in client-related tasks and ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
Experience with CRM systems.
Background in real estate, hospitality, or holiday homes is a plus.
Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good level of spoken and written English (Russian is a plus).
