Nu Edge Construction Ltd. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator – HR, HSE & Marketing Support to join our team in Camrose. This is a multi-functional role providing critical support across Human Resources, Health, Safety & Environment, and Marketing. You will help ensure smooth administrative operations while promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR)
· Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. · Maintain and update employee records in accordance with privacy standards.· Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and organizing interviews.· Respond to employee questions and assist in applying company policies consistently.· Track and support performance reviews, discipline, and terminations when required.· Ensure HR compliance with Employment Standards in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
· Maintain HSE documentation such as safety meeting records, incident reports, and training logs.· Assist with safety training scheduling, tracking, and documentation.· Help ensure company compliance with internal safety protocols and external regulations.· Support the maintenance and ongoing improvement of COR and OH&S programs.· Promote a safety-first culture through internal communications and awareness initiatives.
Marketing Support
· Assist with creating and distributing digital and print marketing materials.· Support updates to the company’s website and social media channels.· Help execute basic marketing initiatives as directed, ensuring brand consistency.· Monitor and report on basic campaign or social media performance metrics.Qualifications & Skills:· Experience in administrative roles with HR and/or HSE exposure.· Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards and employment legislation (AB, SK, BC).· Strong communication and organizational skills.· High attention to detail and confidentiality.· Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR/HSE software is an asset.· General understanding of marketing tools (social media, content posting, basic analytics) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
