Are you looking for a administration role which will challenge and excite you, where you have an opportunity to move to the next stage of your career?
We understand that a commercial laundry equipment company might not be the first place you’d look but you would be joining us at an exciting time. We’re investing in our IT – moving across from our existing platform to 365 Dynamics.
You’d be working closely with colleagues in the sales team and across the business to support, process and update sales orders and contracts.
We’re looking for someone passionate about getting things right, with a great attention to detail.

How could you make an impact?

• Working with the Sales Administration Manager and all of the Area Sales Managers to record and process sales leads/orders.
• By taking ownership and control of the administration of a sale, from creation to installation.
• Working as part of a team - reaching out to all areas of the business to ensure that you give the best customer service.
• Keeping the customer up to date with the progress of their order.

What we’re looking for

• Someone who is positive, friendly and outgoing
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• A self-starter with lots of enthusiasm
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Someone who will get to know our customers, business and product offering
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
