Monitor hold lots and miscellaneous shipments and acts if targets are not met. 2. Ensure that incoming shipments are recorded on logsheet. 3. Maintain high integrity of records/log sheets. 4. Ensure they are updated and information are complete and readable. 5. Verify and generate report on the discrepancy found on the incoming shipments. 6. Communicate with supervisor and counterpart for the resolution of the problem. 7. Execute the approved eSign, NCRB. 8. Leads company's continuous improvement program and projects. 10. Train newly hired employees in the inbound receiving process. 11. Ensure that MSC and other routinary tasks are completed on time. 12. Support other areas in free time. 13. Ensure that urgent lots are prioritized. 14. Report to the supervisor the issues/concerns in the area. 15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor Requirements/Qualifications: 1. College graduate or equivalent to 4 years related experience. 2. Preferably with one (1) year experience in a semiconductor and electronics logistics warehousing environment. 3. Good communication skills both in oral and written. 4. Computer literate with basic knowledge on MS Office. 5. Understanding of IC manufacturing business especially on inbound warehousing. 6. Team player. 7. Experience in the internal/external audits is an advantage. 8. Exhibits maturity and leadership. 9. With positive ork and personal attitude.
