Job Description:

This role will support a variety of logistics functions including kitting, inventory, shipping and receiving.

  • Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in kitting, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing orders / materials for supplies and equipment.
  • Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing lines.
  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
  • Prepare / package products for final shipment and posts weights / shipping charges.
  • Execute Cycle Counting program and present to manger with possible root cause analysis when concerns arise.
  • Participate in cross-functional team discussions regarding efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.
  • Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to manager.
  • Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.
  • Support all intercompany shipments through the SA- Shipping Authorization Tool for Americas and Europe. Ensure timely release of all internal shipments.
  • Ensure all company rules and regulations are adhered to.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • US Person.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Effectively interface with cross functional team members.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work with little to no direction at times.
  • 3 years of industry experience in warehousing / shipping / receiving / distribution.
  • Experience working with an ERP System as well as Agile.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ESD material guidelines.
  • Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
