Position Summary As Administrator in Training, you will assist the Executive Director with day to day administration of facility. You will work on special projects, assist ED to strive to achieve excellence in resident/patient care, high employee retention and be an integral part of the local community we serve. Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date! Salary Range USD $45,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities This position will perform regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility; morale of the staff; and ensures patient/resident needs are being addressed. You will assist in reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports and assist department heads in reviewing spend down reports as well as other projects as assigned. This position will follow all state guidelines for AIT program to fulfill requirements for licensure and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements Desire to enrich resident and staff’s lives Must have Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field. Must have 2+ years of skilled nursing experience in a management role Must have stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee and community relationships Superior customer service skills Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities. Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required. Must be willing to travel to other locations to train and for special projects. Must be willing to relocate within the state after license is granted and position available.
