Qualifications Position will be based in a Diversicare center with an active Preceptor’s Certification. Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Must be willing to relocate within the states Diversicare operates Applicants must meet the state education and experience requirements to participate in Diversicare’s Administrator in Residency Program Applicants must be of good moral character and physically able to perform duties Must have excellent people skills and be able to engage and connect with guests, families, team members, and other leaders. Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis. Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center (EOE)
