Program Structure Location: Bent County Healthcare Center — Las Animas, CO Housing: Provided onsite Hours Required: 500 (state‑mandated) Schedule: Full‑time, onsite participation required You’ll rotate through all major departments, gaining a 360° understanding of SNF operations, including: Clinical operations & quality of care Department head workflows & leadership State & federal regulatory compliance Budgeting, payroll, and financial management Human resources & staffing strategy Marketing, admissions, and census development Who Thrives in This Program We’re looking for candidates who already understand the SNF environment and are ready to grow into full‑facility leadership. Responsibilities
