ADMINISTRATOR IN TRAINING (AIT) – NURSING HOME / SKILLED NURSING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Locations: Multiple opportunities in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license OR eligibility to sit for the exam after AIT completion (required)
  • 3+ years’ successful post-acute care experience preferred
  • ACHCA certification preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports
  • Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulations, laws, and best practices in skilled nursing and post-acute care

PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift during working hours
  • Regular, dependable attendance
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
