We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our long-term care facility team. As an AIT, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of managing a skilled nursing facility under the mentorship of experienced leadership. Responsibilities: * Assist the facility administrator in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents. * Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient staffing, operations, and compliance with state and federal regulations. * Participate in financial planning and budget management, including monitoring facility expenses and ensuring fiscal responsibility. * Learn about staffing, employee relations, and human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. * Contribute to strategic planning for facility growth, improvement initiatives, and resident satisfaction. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and service in the facility. * Support the facility’s regulatory compliance with licensing requirements, inspections, and audits. * Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to elevate service standards. * Work closely with residents, families, and staff to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
