We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership team. This position provides hands-on experience in every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations while preparing you for a successful career as a Nursing Home Administrator. Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain practical knowledge in resident care, regulatory compliance, human resources, finance, admissions, quality improvement, customer service, and daily operations. QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field preferred). * Must have successfully passed the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensing exam or be officially scheduled to take the NHA licensing exam. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. * Passion for serving older adults and improving quality of care. Preferred: * Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living. * Supervisory or management experience. * Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
