Job Description
AECOM are seeking a highly organized and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will work as a professional in the information management team on projects, responsible for implementing the project’s digital records and document control administrative procedures under the supervision of a senior administrator or designated senior team member.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years post-undergraduate experience
  • Bachelor of Business, Art, Administration or Science or relevant Degree from an accredited University, or able to demonstrate sufficient experience within a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Support Senior team members in the development of new information management solutions.
  • Set up and implement project digital records/document control processes.
  • Set up and implement project digital/digitised administrative procedures, including information circulation and upload and download of project deliverables.
  • Maintain project record platforms to ensure that information is trackable, traceable and accessible to the relevant parties associated with the project.
  • Works under limited supervision on routine information management tasks, such as preestablished digital and document records project procedures.
  • May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job
  • Perform project documentation QAQC reviews in association with the documentation originator to ensure compliance with the project naming conventions and sign-off protocols.
