__________ UNIVERSITY OF OTAGO, WELLINGTON | ŌTĀKOU WHAKAIHU WAKA, PŌNEKE The role | Te mahi In this role, supporting the Interprofessional Education (IPE) programme on the Wellington campus, you are the go-to person for a wide range of administration tasks - coordinating timetables, supporting teaching sessions, handling correspondence, providing committee support, and managing confidential records with care. Using University systems, you will keep databases accurate and up to date, prepare reports, support staff, students, teaching and learning activities and assist with financial tasks such as reimbursements and invoicing. About our team | Mō te tīma The Divisional Services and Administration Team within the IPE Centre is made up of skilled professionals responsible for delivering outstanding student and staff experiences through high-quality, effective operational service delivery and administrative support. It is a geographically dispersed team of administrators, supporting IPE activities across the three main campuses and in two other regional settings. Further details | Pūroko This is a part-time (18.75 hours per week), permanent position based on the Wellington campus. The rostered days are flexible and can be negotiated to suit the successful applicant. The appointment range for this role is $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640 (pro-rata). We are also seeking candidates for Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework.
