Ipswich Mortgage Centre Ltd is an Independent Mortgage Brokerage based in Ipswich town centre.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support.
We are professional, fast-paced, customer-centric, and our goal is to assist in the smooth transition of the mortgage process to benefit our clients and offer a favourable image of the business, whilst liaising with related third parties in an efficient and professional manner.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth transition of the customer mortgage experience.
  • Liaise with third parties to ensure all documentation is received and present as required.
  • Check that requests for information are answered.
  • Check that any decisions have been properly recorded.
  • Assist in the completion of the daily task list.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and direct calls to the relevant people.
  • Keying client applications on various lender and insurance company websites.
