Our turnkey teams deliver complex infrastructure at speed, on time, and with reduced legislative, technical and commercial risk.

THE TEAM

JSM Group is a leading utilities infrastructure provider delivering complex digital infrastructure and civils projects across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we're on the lookout for an organised, and pro-active Utility Drawings Administrator to support the business.

You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a positive company image by providing vital administrative support to the Operational and Planning Teams.

Your primary responsibility will be generating and managing required utility drawings (Stats), alongside assisting with broader duties within the communications team.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

• Assist Management and Coordinators with administration related to the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.

• Collect, prepare, and distribute utility drawings, either as printed copies or digital files.

General Duties:

• Receive and log requests for utility drawing (Stats) packs.

• Request and download utility information from provider portals or through email.

• Prepare, print, bind, and share utility drawing packs as required.

• File all project-related documents accurately.

• Liaise with Utility Providers to maintain access to online portals.

• Collaborate with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Operational staff to confirm accuracy and completeness of content.

• Provide monthly updates on performance against KPIs (key Performance Indicators).

• Work closely with Project Managers and Site Agents to ensure drawing packs remain updated.

• Support Management, Planners, and Coordinators with additional tasks to facilitate smooth operations. Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work methodically, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

• Confidence in working with PC-based systems; training provided for role-specific software.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept at conducting internet searches.

• Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
