Job Highlights: Work in partnership with various departments, including but not limited to, Legal, Operations, Compliance and Risk to support in delivering seamless transactions on administrative matters Work in partnership with colleagues in Regional Global Markets to seek guidance and advice on product development opportunities, product pricing and issues on administrative matters Assist to perform day-to-day market / Liquidity / interest rate risk management for entire branches Assist to collect information from various internal as well as external sources to process transactions including but not limited to deposits and loans in a timely manner Assist to monitor the liquidity condition and balance sheet to enhance the profitability and liquidity of branch. Assist to prepare the Bank’s funding plan and report to local regulator, local Branch Management and Head Office and provide advice on its content, where required Assist to prepare regular reports on the Branch’s balance sheet, including but not limited to cash flow reporting and forecasting, regulatory reports and daily transaction balance sheet Support on Treasury related projects, engaging with relevant stakeholders where required Keep studying working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations Adhere to all company policies / guidelines Job Requirements: University Bachelor's Degree qualified. Asset and Liability management, Financial related Bachelor's degree is a plus Desirable to have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel Team Payer with proactive attitude and professional communication skiils Detail-minded, able to work under pressure, independent, mult-tasking, well-organied and self-motivated Excellent in spoken and written English, Japaense is a plus Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
