Description

The following post has become available within KMPT for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking administrator . The post will be within the Liaison Psychiatry Team (this service provides mental health assessments for patients presenting or currently staying within the hospital) for 37.5 hours per week.
The post will be based at William Harvey Hospital, although the successful candidate may be required on occasion to provide support to the other East Kent Hospital site. This role does not involve patient contact.
To provide comprehensive admin support to the Team/Service
To work with and alongside other Administrators
Responsible for re-ordering stocks of office supplies.
Responsible for replenishing forms/leaflets/documents in the workplace.
Responsible for caseload management.
To support Team Managers with staffing and booking NHSP/agency staff.
To keep accurate and up to date service data records.
To collate and send agendas and take and produce meeting minutes
