Description

Learning Cubs provide specialist, small-group supplementary support in Maths and English. We aim to bring engaging and comprehensive academic support to all students, regardless of ability or background; from KS1 to higher education.
Learning Cubs are seeking to recruit for an enthusiastic Administrator to work part-time at a wonderful centre in Bury.

Our Administrator duties can include:

  • To act as the first point of contact for parents and carers and all visitors to the school, provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient service at all times.
  • To be the first point of contact at reception and on the telephone, take messages, filter visitors and enquiries as appropriate, respond to pupil and parent enquiries, provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient service at all times.
  • To build a good rapport with all stakeholders, including parents, and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
  • To undertake typing and word processing as required.
  • To provide general clerical support as required.
  • To assist with the monitoring and maintenance of stock.
  • To be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of paper and computerised pupil data records and registers

The ideal applicant will have

  • An out-going bubbly personality
  • Experience of working in a busy school or college environment
  • Good time-management and organisation skills

Wednesday: 5pm to 7pm (2 hours shift)
Thursday: 5pm to 7pm (2 hours shift)
Friday: 5pm to 7pm (2 hours shift)
Saturday 11am to 4:30pm (4.5 hours shift)
Sunday 10am to 3:30pm (5.5 hour shift)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£15.87 per hour
