Salary: Scale Point 711 (Actual £22,105£23,560)
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, term-time only
Start Date: To be discussed at interview dependent on notice period

Kingsway Park High School is seeking a motivated and skilled Administrator to take a lead role in our Communications and Reprographics team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your administrative expertise with creativity, helping us to showcase school life and provide an outstanding service to staff, students and our wider community.

  • Has strong IT and design skills, with confidence in Microsoft Office and publishing tools (e.g. Canva, Publisher, Photoshop).
  • Is highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and face to face.
  • Can work independently but also thrives as part of a team.
  • Brings creativity, energy and professionalism to every task.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver a professional, high-quality reprographics service to support teaching, learning and whole-school operations.
  • Manage and update the school website and social media accounts, sharing positive stories and keeping our community connected.
  • Design, produce and coordinate newsletters, displays and promotional materials in line with our school branding.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to the school’s ethos and values by being an active, collaborative and professional member of the team.
