This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The post holder will support our busy Lender Finance / Bridging Team and provide administrative support to fee earners and paralegals as more particularly described below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering and fielding client calls
- Dealing with daily incoming post
- Copying and scanning as needed
- Providing quotes to clients via phone and e-mail
- Opening new files and liaising with clients for initial requirements
- Companies house registering charges on company borrowers
- Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions
- Sending out completed registrations
- Basic accounts reconciliation
- Archiving matters
