    This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The post holder will support our busy Lender Finance / Bridging Team and provide administrative support to fee earners and paralegals as more particularly described below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and fielding client calls
  • Dealing with daily incoming post
  • Copying and scanning as needed
  • Providing quotes to clients via phone and e-mail
  • Opening new files and liaising with clients for initial requirements
  • Companies house registering charges on company borrowers
  • Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions
  • Sending out completed registrations
  • Basic accounts reconciliation
  • Archiving matters
