Description:
Job Title: Administrator LNHA
Facility: Ambassador Healthcare at College Park
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Salary: Up to $135,000 per year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing nursing home facilities
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting
- Experience in home care or long-term care settings
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
- Understanding of social work principles and practices in a healthcare setting
- Effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire staff members
- Ability to develop individualized care plans for residents based on their specific needs
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Administrator License valid in the State of Florida is required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the 107-bed nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate resident care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
- Handle any resident complaints or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
