Description:

Job Title: Administrator LNHA
Facility: Ambassador Healthcare at College Park
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Salary: Up to $135,000 per year

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing nursing home facilities
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting
  • Experience in home care or long-term care settings
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
  • Understanding of social work principles and practices in a healthcare setting
  • Effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire staff members
  • Ability to develop individualized care plans for residents based on their specific needs
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Administrator License valid in the State of Florida is required

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the 107-bed nursing home facility
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate resident care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
  • Handle any resident complaints or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
