We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and efficiency. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, from managing phone calls and correspondence to organizing meetings and maintaining records. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be key to keeping our office running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep our office operations on track by handling data entry, filing, and document management
  • Be the friendly voice of our office, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
  • Assist with basic financial tasks using Zero
  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with efficiency and care

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in an administrative role is a big plus
  • Proficient with office software and comfortable with computerized tasks
  • Strong typing skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
